Refund policy

Returns: 14 days, no questions asked

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order (or its last parcel) to return it without giving us any reason.

How to return an order

1. Email us at hola.petlier@gmail.com with your order number and what you want to return. You can use the withdrawal form in the Terms of sale, but it is not required.
2. We send you the address of the warehouse to ship it to.
3. Send it in good condition and, if possible, in its packaging.

Who pays what

• Return shipping costs are paid by you.
• We refund the amount you paid, including the original shipping, within 14 days of you telling us. We may wait until we receive the product or you send us proof of shipment.
• The refund is made to the same payment method you used.

If it arrives broken or faulty

If the product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, you pay nothing: email us a photo within the 3-year legal warranty and we will replace it or refund you. Often you won't even need to send it back.
