Free shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands

• Price: free on all orders.
• Delivery time: 6–12 days from purchase.
• Tracking: we email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Separate parcels

Our products ship from our suppliers' warehouses. If you order several, they may arrive in different parcels, each with its own tracking.

Areas

For now we don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain.

If it is delayed

If it hasn't arrived after 12 days, email us at hola.petlier@gmail.com and we'll look into it. If it doesn't arrive within 30 days of purchase, you can cancel the order and we'll refund you in full.
